This Project is Signature Project intended to catalyze future development of the Blossom Hill/Snell Urban Village by creating vibrant local neighborhood assets. The proposed project would transform the Blossom Hill VTA Station from a large parking lot into a high-quality, mixed-use, mixed-income Transit-Oriented Development.
In 2018, Green Republic Blossom Hill LLC was chosen by VTA to create a vibrant, mixed-income, transit-oriented development at the Blossom Hill VTA station.
On April 15th, 2020, Green Republic submitted a development application to the City of San Jose for a Signature Project in the Blossom Hill/Snell Urban Village consisting of the following:
